You Little Drop In Vixen
Poor little vintage Whirlpool.
I’m sure you were glorious in your day – you fancy-little-drop-in-vixen.
But your days at the farm are numbered.
You will be replaced with a newer model with gas burners, a continuous grate, AND a warming drawer.
I know, you must be thinking, “What would SHE need a warming drawer for?”
And you’re right. I’ve wondered that myself.
But maybe, just maybe, if I have a grown-up stove, I might evolve The Assembler’s Kitchen to…..who knows?
Besides, I’m tired of eating wraps and crock pot concoctions.
I need a stove.
And the fact that I said that, means that I’ve changed.

I’m having flashbacks to my childhood w/that stove…did they only make one kind of stove back then?! I swear everyone had that and an olive green rotary phone hanging on the wall!
