It’s hard to believe that I was a person who didn’t eat breakfast, drink water, exercise, and eat vegetables. Despite being educated and knowing better, I flunked every major health quiz in my personal life.
I paid a big price — exhausted, stressed out, overweight, emotionally bankrupt — I ended up in the hospital. Something had to change. My physical, emotional, and spiritual well was empty.
Deep down, I grieved not caring enough to take better care of myself. And deep down, I decided that I deserved to be happy and healthy.
That was over six years ago.
It wasn’t easy. It’s hard to change decades of bad habits while exhausted. But I did it. And my process was far from perfect. Little by little, I healed from the inside out.
I didn’t do it alone. I needed lots of help. I finally learned how to ask for and receive support. My life was on the line; I dug deep and decided I was worth it.
I challenged my stories and priorities. Not enough time? Not enough energy? Not enough skills? Nonsense! I drafted new narratives to bring my actions and values in alignment. It was hard, and it was worth it.
The transformation, over time, was profound. My current life is not even recognizable from before. I am happy and healthy and have plenty of energy for living the life I’m meant to live.
I understand how overwhelming this can be. I want to help you create space for health, energy, and contentment.
